CHECKLIST
- Confirm the paper details. Subject, time, venue, permitted equipment.
- Pack the bag. Add spare pens, calculator batteries, admission letter, water bottle, and snack.
- Lay out the uniform/clothes. Remove morning decision fatigue.
- Prep breakfast ingredients. Overnight oats or muffins ready to go.
- Charge devices. Ensure alarms and transport communication will work even during load shedding.
- Set transport backups. Arrange a contingency driver or ride-share just in case.
- Run a calm conversation. Ask “What feels strong?” instead of “Have you studied enough?”
- Plan a short relaxation activity. Walk, stretch, or favourite series episode—keep it intentional.
- Lock in sleep. Lights off at a set time; keep phones out of the bedroom if possible.
- Write a morning note. A sticky note on the mirror or lunch bag boosts confidence.
